By commissioning me you automatically agree to the following terms of service.

TOS and Prices

You understand that my TOS and prices are subject to change at anytime. I will do my best to notify when my TOS or prices change. If the price has changed and you have already ordered a commission, you will not be charged the new price. By purchasing any NSFW art, you are agreeing to be over the age of 18.

Delivery

I typically deliver the finished product within 1-2 weeks depending on complexity and amount of commissions. Requests are completed in order received. I will notify you if your commission may take longer than expected to complete.

Commercial Use

My drawings are not for commercial use unless requested in advance (we have to discuss a price).

Copyright/Usage Policy

Commissions are for personal use only! You may not redistribute or use my art for sale or profit. Do not steal, trace, copy, modify, or claim as your own! I, the artist, hold every right to the produced drawing, not the commissioner. Credit must be made where it is due. 

The following is considered Copyright infringement:
Reproducing /using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Making money out of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing watermarks/signatures.
Altering artwork without my knowledge and approval.

I do not allow my art to be used for AI purposes and alike. Please do not upload it to any AI sites as this could compromise my artwork.

Payment

Full payment must be made before starting.

All payments are in USD and made through Paypal or Cashapp ONLY!

Payment is required within 48 hours of filling out a commission form. If I do not receive payment in that time, I will open up your slot. Payment should only be sent after I accept your commission. 

I do not accept E-Checks.

Refunds

All purchases are final. You may only request a refund if I have not yet started drawing.

I have the right to cancel at any time for any reason with a full refund.

Please provide a clear reference for what/who you'd like drawn! I can try to work with only a description if requested.

You may request a transparent background at no additional cost.

What to Expect

Once payment is received I will begin on the drawing ASAP. A W.I.P will be provided upon request. You can ask for updates on your commission at anytime. For all line art/ colored line art commissions, a sketch W.I.P will be provided. You have a max of x3 times to make any changes to the sketch before I continue to line art.

I reserve the right to decline an order for any reason.

I reserve the right to post completed commissions as a means to advertise and provide examples of my artwork.
